You can participate in the webinar using the teleconference line or using a headset and microphone on your computer. Refer to the pre-webinar email for the correct teleconference number and PIN. On the day of the session anyone who is having technical problems connecting or causing audio feedback problems during the session will be removed from the session until the problems can be remedied. Note that .pptx PowerPoint files are not officially supported by BlackBoard Collaborate. You may need to convert your .pptx files into .ppt files in PowerPoint before you can use them in BlackBoard Collaborate. The whiteboard can contain 20mb of content. To add new content you will need to delete pages on the whiteboard.
